Fulton County accident report stated that on June 11, 2019 Driver 1 was attempting to exit a shopping center parking lot on Roswell Rd at Hammond Dr. She said that she was about to turn left to go north, when she saw a vehicle pulling into the parking lot, as she pulled out. She stated that she thought she had enough time to clear both the lanes and enter safely, but that when she entered the road she didn’t see Vehicle 2. DeKalb County accident report stated that on June 9, 2019 Vehicle 2 was traveling NB in lane 1 on I-285 near Memorial Drive. Vehicle 1 was traveling directly behind Vehicle 2. Driver 2 stated that the traffic was very heavy and as she was slowing down her vehicle was struck from behind by Vehicle 1. Driver 1 confirmed that she did hit Vehicle 2. No injuries were reported. Clayton County accident report stated that on June 7, 2019 Driver 1 advised that she was on I-75SB and had exited onto the Mt. Zion Blvd East ramp. She came to the top of the ramp at the intersection of Mt. Zion Blvd was behind Vehicle 2 and began to turn right, but Vehicle 2 stopped. Driver 1 advised that due to thinking Vehicle 2 had continued, she attempted to proceed forward and collided with the rear of Vehicle 2. Driver 2 advised that she was on I-75/SB and had exited onto Mt. Zion Blvd East ramp. She came to a stop at the top of the ramp, and rear-ended by Vehicle 1. Driver 1 had complaints of chest pain. Pay Attention
Fulton County accident report states that on May 29, 2019 Driver 1 was turning left onto Spaulding Drive and did not see Vehicle 2 coming over the hill to cross the intersection. Driver 2 said he applied the brakes, long skid marks are visible, and tried to steer out of the collision but was unable to avoid impact. Driver 2 also said a pedestrian male walked in front of vehicle 1 as she was coming to the intersection and does not know if that played a part in her turning left. Witness 1 was in his vehicle traveling WB toward the intersection and saw he had the red traffic signal. He saw Vehicle 1 turn in front of Vehicle 2. Red Light Means Stop
Cobb County accident report stated that on May 27, 2019 Vehicle 1 was traveling WB on Concord Road at the intersection of Atlanta Road. Vehicle 2 was traveling on Atlanta Road turning left onto EB Atlanta Road. Vehicle 1 ran the red light and struck Vehicle 2 on the front left bumper. Driver 1 complained of head, neck and shoulder pain, and had a nose bleed and was transported to Wellstar for further treatment. Driver 2 complained of head and neck pain also, but refused to be transported to the hospital. Eyewitness 1, confirmed this. Must Yield Before Turning
Clayton County accident report stated that on May 26, 2019 Vehicle 2 was traveling WB on Mt. Zion Blvd near the intersection of Rex Rd. Vehicle 1 came out of the BP Gas Station on Rex Rd exiting onto Rex Road. Driver 2 stated that she was on Rex Road traveling WB and advised that Vehicle 1 suddenly began to pull out of the station. She stated she blew her horn, but continued to pull into the roadway. She advised that Vehicle 1 hit the right side of Vehicle 2 as it was pulling out onto the roadway. Driver 1 stated that he was in the parking lot of the BP Station and was making a left onto Rex Road and did not see Vehicle 2 approaching. He stated that as he was pulling onto the roadway when Vehicle 1 struck Vehicle 2. Passenger 2 complained of pain but refused EMS treatment, while Passenger 1 was transported by EMS with complaints of pain. There was slight damage to both vehicles. Driver 1 was cited for failure to yield entering the roadway. Note: You must yield to traffic already in the roadway.

Clayton County accident report stated that on May 24, 2019 Driver 1 advised that she was on I-75SB and had exited onto the Mt. Zion Blvd East ramp. She came to the top of the ramp at the intersection of Mt. Zion Blvd was behind Vehicle 2 and began to turn right, but Vehicle 2 stopped. Pay Attention When Backing Up
Clayton County accident report stated that on May 14, 2019 a unit was called to investigate a private property incident and Driver 1 advised that while backing up, she looked over her shoulder and did not see anything and so started to back into the refueling stall. As she backed into the stall, she felt the bump as she backed into Vehicle 2. Driver 2 stated that she saw Vehicle 1 backing into her, blew the horn, but was unable to prevent Vehicle 1 from striking her. No one was cited due to the incident happening on private property, and no injuries were reported. Note: When backing up, continue to back up until you stop!
Out of Control
Doraville accident report stated that on May 12, 2019 an officer was called to the scene of an accident on I-85 SB. Driver 2 advised that he was traveling SB on I-85 in the second lane when observed another vehicle speeding up behind him, when the other vehicle struck the right side of his Vehicle, and continued driving. Driver 2 then stated that he then lost control of his vehicle and began to spin out of control. As he was spinning, he began to brake to keep from spinning into the center of the roadway, and then impacted the guard rail. After his vehicle came to a stop, he realized that the other car had sped away and he could not obtain any identifying information on Driver 1. Driver 2 stated that he was having severe left shoulder pain and believed that his shoulder was dislocated from the collision, and he was taken to Medical Center for further medical treatment. The officer could not identify any evidence that concurred with the info given by Driver 2. No citations were given. Note: In case of a rear ending, try to obtain vehicle description, if the license plate cannot be obtained.

Failure to Yied
Clayton County accident report stated that on May 9, 2019 Driver 1 was pulling out of the parking lot of 5900 block of SR 42 and while making a left, struck vehicle 2. She advised that she was traveling north on SR 42 and once approaching Rex Road, when Vehicle 1 pulled out onto the roadway, struck his vehicle. He advised that he was not injured. Vehicle 1 had minor damage to the front right corner. Vehicle 2 had minor damage to the driver door and panel. Driver 1 was cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way When Entering Roadway. Note: Failure to yield is failure to drive offensively.
Rear Ended
Clayton County accident report stated that on April 23, 2019 Driver 1 was traveling SB on Hwy 85 in the left turning lane to make a left onto Lamar Hutcheson Pkwy. He stated that he was slowing down for the red light, but his brakes went out and he couldn’t stop. He rear-ended Vehicle 2. Driver 2 was in the turn lane on Hwy 85, stopped at the light when Vehicle 1 ran into the rear of her car. Driver 2 stated that she was experiencing back and neck pain, but refused medical attention. No other injuries were reported. Vehicle 2 had slight damage and the rear bumper was dislocated. Driver 1 was cited for following too closely. Note: It is your responsibility to keep your vehicle in good working order at all times. And when driving, keep your distance at least 1-1.5 car lengths behind the vehicle in front.
Back Up With Care
Clayton County accident report stated that on April 22, 2019 Driver 1 was driving North on Boulevard NE and was about to make a right turn onto Ponce DeLeon Ave, when he pulled out too far and saw a car approaching from the East. He stated that he backed his vehicle up and struck the car behind him, which was vehicle 2. Driver 2 confirmed this statement saying that as he was driving North on Boulevard that Vehicle 1, which was in front of him, just backed up and struck his vehicle. No injuries were reported. Vehicle 1 had no damage, and Vehicle 2 had a slight crack in the front hood. Driver 1 was cited with Improper Backing. Note: Never back up with cars behind you
