Cobb County accident report stated that on March 4, 2019 Vehicle 1 was traveling WB on Concord Road at the intersection of Atlanta Road. Vehicle 2 was traveling on Atlanta Road turning left onto EB Atlanta Road.  Vehicle 1 ran the red light and struck Vehicle 2 on the front left bumper.  Driver 1 complained of head, neck and shoulder pain, and had a nose bleed and was transported to Wellstar for further treatment.  Driver 2 complained of head and neck pain also, but refused to be transported to the hospital.  Eyewitness 1, confirmed this.  Driver 1 was cited for failure to obey the authorized traffic control device.  Note:  Run a Light, Run risk of a ticket

Clayton County accident report stated that on March 2, 2019 Driver 1 advised that she was on I-75SB and had exited onto the Mt. Zion Blvd East ramp. She came to the top of the ramp at the intersection of Mt. Zion Blvd was behind Vehicle 2 and began to turn right, but Vehicle 2 stopped. Driver 1 advised that due to thinking Vehicle 2 had continued, she attempted to proceed forward and collided with the rear of Vehicle 2. Driver 2 advised that she was on I-75/SB and had exited onto Mt. Zion Blvd East ramp. She came to a stop at the top of the ramp, and rear-ended by Vehicle 1. Driver 1 had complaints of chest pain. Driver 2 complained of neck and shoulder pain. Both drivers declined transport to the hospital. Driver 1 was cited for following too closely

Fulton County accident report stated that on February 27, 2019 an officer observed a 3 car accident. Driver 1 stated that she was traveling SB on Metropolitan in the left hand lane, noticed the traffic in front of her had stopped. She looked in her rear view mirror, made sure the right lane was clear, put on her blinker, proceeded into the right lane, when she felt Vehicle 2 ram her rear, driving her into a pole. Driver 2 stated that he saw Vehicle 1 stop then pull out, but could not stop and hit her rear end. Driver 3 stated that while traveling SB on Metro in the left hand lane a white truck stopped in front of him, and he saw the other 2 vehicles collide with each other, then strike the rear of his truck. The officer observed it was evident that Vehicle 1 had already taken the lane when Vehicle 2 struck Vehicle 3 and then struck Vehicle 1 driving her into the pole. Driver 1 had injuries and was transported to Grady Hospital by the EMT. All other drivers refused medical attention. Vehicle 2 was cited. Note: When the traffic ahead slows down, follow suit & slow down! 

DeKalb County accident report stated that on February 25, 2019 Vehicle 2 was traveling NB in lane 1 on I-285 near Memorial Drive. Vehicle 1 was traveling directly behind Vehicle 2.  Driver 2 stated that the traffic was very heavy and as she was slowing down her vehicle was struck from behind by Vehicle 1. Driver 1 confirmed that she did hit Vehicle 2. No injuries were reported. Driver 1 was cited for Following Too Closely and was unable to move her vehicle. It was moved to the shoulder. DeKalb County accident report stated that on February 14, 2019  based on the statements of the drivers and the physical evidence at the scene, the following was determined. Vehicle 1 struck the passenger side of Vehicle 2, while attempting to enter Rays Road, attempting to turn left (North). Driver 1 stated that she could not judge the speed of Vehicle 2 traveling South on Rays Road, and that she pulled into the road and hit Vehicle 2. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene. Slight damage was done to both vehicles. Driver 1 was cited for Failure to Yield Entering Roadway. Note: Whenever you enter the major road, you must yield

Cobb County accident report stated that on February 5, 2019 Driver 2 says she was driving WB on the E/W Connector in the number two straight lane approaching Austell Road from the E/W Connector and that Vehicle 1 stopped in the intersection.  She said she tried to stop but was unable to and collided with Vehicle 1.   Driver 1 stated that he began to turn from the E/W Connector onto Austell after a truck had passed through the intersection.  Driver 1 proceeded through the intersection but realized he could not make it through without colliding with Vehicle 2.  Driver 2 thought Driver 1 would have to stop, but realized he was wrong.    The eyewitness, who was traveling WB on EW Connector directly behind Vehicle 2, stated that Driver 1 started to turn left in front of Vehicle 2, then suddenly stopped in the intersection and that Driver 2 tried to avoid colliding with Vehicle 1, but couldn’t stop in time.  No injuries were reported.  Driver 1 was cited for failure to yield turning left.  Note: The left turning vehicle always yields to the traffic with the right of way. 

Dekalb County accident report stated that on February 4, 2019 an officer was called to the scene of an accident  on I-85 SB.   Driver 2 advised that he was traveling SB on I-85 in the second lane when observed another vehicle speeding up behind him, when the other vehicle struck the right side of his Vehicle, and continued driving. Driver 2 then stated that he then lost control of his vehicle and began to spin out of control. As he was spinning, he began to brake to keep from spinning into the center of the roadway, and then impacted the guard rail. After his vehicle came to a stop, he realized that the other car had sped away and he could not obtain any identifying information on Driver 1. Driver 2 stated that he was having severe left shoulder pain and believed that his shoulder was dislocated from the collision, and he was taken to  Medical Center for further medical treatment. The officer could not identify any evidence that concurred with the info given by Driver 2. No citations were given. Note:  In case of a rear ending, try to obtain vehicle description, if the license plate cannot be obtained. 

Fulton County accident report states that on February 3, 2019  Driver 1 was turning left onto Spaulding Drive and did not see Vehicle 2 coming over the hill to cross the intersection. Driver 2 said he applied the brakes, long skid marks are visible, and tried to steer out of the collision but was unable to avoid impact. Driver 2 also said a pedestrian male walked in front of vehicle 1 as she was coming to the intersection and does not know if that played a part in her turning left. Witness 1 was in his vehicle traveling WB toward the intersection and saw he had the red traffic signal.  He saw Vehicle 1 turn in front of Vehicle 2. Note: Always approach a hills & intersections with caution.
