Cobb County accident report stated that on August 14, 2015 an officer responded to an incident report at the parking lot on Johnson Ferry Rd. According to the witnesses statements Vehicle 1 entered on the property and proceeded to enter a marked parking space and struck Vehicle 2, which was parked, but not occupied. Vehicle 1 continued forward, backed up, and parked in another parking space and then left the area. The witnesses took cell phone photos of Vehicle 1, which assisted in locating and citing Driver 1 for leaving the scene of an incident. Note: Quick Thinking and pictures got him caught.
