Fulton County/Union City accident report stated that on May 10, 2015 the driver in Vehicle 1 said he was traveling WB on SR14-A, in the left turn lane, and had the green arrow, so he proceeded to turn onto Stonewall Tell Rd. This driver told the officer called to the scene that Vehicle 2 was traveling EB on SR -14-A and struck Vehicle 1. The 2nd driver stated that she was traveling EB in the 2nd lane of SR-14-A and advised that the stoplight at the intersection at Stonewall Tell and that the traffic light was green as she approached it and that she proceeded through the intersection. No injuries were reported. Driver 1 was cited for failure to yield while turning left. Driver 2 was cited for failure to obey traffic control device. Note: Wait a second or two when your light changes. Many do not obey the law!
