Gwinnett County accident report stated that on May 1, 2018 that Driver 1 was traveling WB on Stone Mountain Hwy when Driver 2 failed to stop at the intersection at East Park Place and hit Vehicle 1 on the right side panel. Driver 1 received injury to his wrist and forearm, but refused the EMT service. The passenger was not injured, nor was Driver 2, but Driver 2 was cited for failure to yield oncoming traffic.
