Fulton County accident report stated that on January 26, 2020 Officer Cobbs, who was wearing a body camera, and driving vehicle #3356, responded to a traffic accident at Hill Street and Decatur Streets. Upon arriving Cobbs spoke with Driver #1, Mr. Kinsey and Driver #2 Ms. Potter. Driver #1 stated that while traveling EB on Decatur Street, the light was green, but some reason Vehicle #2 just slammed on the brakes, and while trying to stop that quickly, struck Vehicle #1 in the back.
