Clayton County accident report states that on June 28, 2015, while traveling S on Mt Zion Blvd, Vehicle 1 lost control of her vehicle and swerved off the road, then back onto the road and into another lane, hitting a tree. Vehicle 2 was forced to leave the road to avoid a head on collision, but did receive damage to her front bumper. Driver 1 stated that he didn’t know how or why he lost control. The officer smelled alcohol on Driver 1 and saw a half full liquor bottle was found on the driver’s passenger’s floor who was transported to Atlanta Medical for treatment of severe injuries. He received multiple citations including DUI, possession of alcohol, failure to maintain her lane.
