Cobb County/Smyrna accident report stated that on June 19, 2015 Vehicle 2 was backing into a parking space at the BOA on South Cobb Drive at the same time that Vehicle 1 pulled right into the parking space in front of Vehicle 2. They collided with each other. An eyewitness said that she saw both vehicles parking at exactly the same time and couldn’t tell who was at fault. Both Driver 1 and Driver 2 claimed that they were each parking first and that the other was at fault. There were no injuries reported and neither driver was cited, since the accident occurred on private property. Note: Pay very close attention in the tight spaces of parking lots.
