Cobb County accident report stated that on February 24, 2018 Vehicle 1 & Vehicle 2 were both traveling along the long stretch of a curved lane from EB on Cooper Lake Road to turn NB onto S Cobb Drive when Vehicle 1 collided into the rear bumper of Vehicle 2. Driver 1 reported that Vehicle 2 was Not going to turn originally and chose to swerve into the Left turning lane, too close to his car, but did admit that he was talking on his cell phone just before the collision, which confirms what Driver 2 stated, that Driver 1 was distracted and eased into his car. No injuries were reported and Driver 1 was cited for failure to maintain lane, driving too closely and no proof of insurance. Note: Wrong is wrong.
