Gwinnett County accident report stated that on April 16, 2018 Vehicle 1 was traveling EB on Clifton Springs Road approaching Pane Rd when Vehicle 2 made it’s left turn to travel SB on Pane Rd and was struck by Vehicle 1, making a right turn onto the same road. There were no injuries reported. After reviewing the angles of the cars in the incident Driver 1 was cited for Improper Right Turn. Note: A left turn in the roadway has right of way to a yielding right turn.
