Fulton County accident report stated that on July 21, 2015 an officer was called to a 3 vehicle accident site at intersection of Peachtree Dunwoody Rd and Churchill Rd. Driver 2 advised that he was behind Driver 3 and Driver 1 approached Vehicle 2 from the rear. Driver 1 said that she was distracted by her phone ringing when Driver 1 failed to stop safely behind Vehicle 2. The front of Vehicle 1 struck the rear of Vehicle 2, which then caused the front of Vehicle 2 to strike the rear of Vehicle 3. No injuries were reported. Driver 1 was cited for following too closely.
