Gwinnett County accident report stated that on April 30, 2018 Driver 1 was traveling SB on Street near l1th Street in the 2nd lane to the right. He had to stop in the heavy traffic and as it began to move he thought the vehicle in front of him began to move slowly, and as he let his foot off the brake, as he changed his radio station, he bumped vehicle 2. Driver 2 stated that qshe was stopped in traffic on Spring Street in the 2nd to right lane, also. She said that she was just sitting there when she felt a hard hit to her vehicle and her head bounced back hard on the head rest. No injuries were reported.
