Cobb County accident report stated that on March 1, 2015 Vehicle 1 was traveling NB in the inside lane at the intersection of Spring Road and Carolyn Drive. Driver 1 said she stopped, waiting for the light to change. Vehicle 2 was also traveling NB in the inside turn lane at the same intersection. Driver 1 was following too closely to Vehicle 2 and her stated that her foot slipped off the brake pedal. As a result, her car struck the bumper of Vehicle 2. Neither complained of any injuries. Driver 1 was cited for following too closely and for a retired registration. Note: Don’t slip and slide. Pay Attention!
