Cobb County/Smyrna accident report stated that on June 14, 2015 Driver 1 travelled SB on South Cobb Drive and attempted to make a left hand turn into the Subway Sandwich Shop parking lot when Vehicle 2, which was traveling NB on the same street, turned right into his lane and his car. Driver 2 stated that he did not see Vehicle 1 until it he was already into his turn, too late to avoid the collision. The front of both vehicles were moderately damaged. Neither party complained of any injuries. Both parties declined medical treatment. Vehicle 2 was cited for failure to obey the traffic control. Note: Traffic signals must be obeyed, or accidents will occur
