Fulton County accident report stated that on July 20, 2015 Driver 1 was traveling EB on Virginia Ave when she was hit while making a left turn a parking lot. Driver 2 stated that she was also traveling EB on Virginia Ave and that Vehicle 1 just suddenly came to a screeching stop and put on the turn signal after the turn and ran into the rear end of Vehicle 2. Although Driver 1 appeared to have been driving too closely, no citation was given due to the collision being actually made on private property. Note: Another one got away!
