Union City accident report stated that on March 22, 2015 Vehicle 1 was stuck on the train track near the Mallory Road intersection. Driver 2 went over to see if he could assist him, as the train was approaching the vehicle. Driver 2 was able to help Driver 1 out of the car, just before the train struck the vehicle. The train was traveling NB, and it was later determined that Vehicle 1 was driving along the track NB, also. Driver 1 was pulled out just before the collision, but was unresponsive and slouched down on the ground at the side of the track. Driver was cited for driving on the train track, after being rushed to S. Fulton Hospital unconscious. Note: Thank You Hero. You saved a Life!
