Fulton County accident report states that on July 29, 2015 Driver 1 advised that she was driving south on Roswell Road toward I-285 and blacked out. She further explained that she could not remember anything beyond waking up on the side of the road. The car had struck a tree. Both driver and passenger had to be extracted from the vehicle by the Fulton County Fire Dept. Driver 1 advised police officers that she suffers from low blood pressure and thinks that’s what caused the blackout and loss of control of her car. The passenger confirmed this saying that she looked over at the driver before they crashed and explained that she looked very groggy and she suggested that she pull over, but it was too late. The driver, who suffered extensive head injuries was transported to Northside Hospital. The passenger suffered a broken right shoulder, elbow and arm. She also was transported to Northside Hospital.
