Clayton County accident report stated that on April 17, 2018 Driver 2 was traveling EB on Garden Walk Blvd when Vehicle 1 pulled into her lane of travel. Driver 2 stated that the front end of her vehicle struck the left side center of Vehicle 1. Driver 1 stated that she was exiting the parking lot of 5900 Hwy 85 and attempted to cross over the EB lanes of Garden Walk Blvd when her vehicle was struck left center by Vehicle 2. Driver 1 stated that she didn’t see Vehicle 2. No injuries were reported but the EMT did respond. Driver 1 was cited for Failure to Yield While Entering Roadway. Note: Always Yield.
