Cobb County/Sandy Springs accident report stated that on July 22. 2015 an officer responded to an incident call at the parking lot of 860 Johnson Ferry Rd. According to the eye witnesses Vehicle 1 entered on the property and proceeded to enter a marked parking space and struck Vehicle 2 which was parked, but not occupied. Vehicle 1 continued forward, backed up, and parked in another parking space and then left the area. The witnesses took photos of Vehicle 1, which assisted in locating and citing Driver 1 for leaving the scene of an incident, and not for the incident on the private property/ parking lot Note: Quick Thinking and Pictures Taking Assist the police and insurance Investigations.
