Clayton County accident report stated that on March 20, 2015 Driver 1 left her office building off of Tara Blvd and Old Dixie, very tired having worked well into the night. She backed pulled out of her parking space and her vehicle would not stop and therefore struck the corner of the building and rolled into the trees. There was extensive damage to her car, but no serious injuries. There was an eyewitness who saw the accident and verified the entire story. But since the accident took place on private property, there was no citation given. Note: When you are tired, stop and relax before driving. And when there’s a building in your way, please give it the right of way!
