Cobb County accident report states that on July 30, 2015 an officer responded to the call at the intersection of Delk Road and I-75, and that Driver 2 had been waiting for the traffic light at that intersection and thought the traffic began to move. But as she proceeded forward slightly, she looked down for a moment and when she looked up she struck the rear of Vehicle 2. Driver 1 confirmed the details, as she was waiting for the light when Vehicle 2 ran into the rear of her car. Neither driver, nor the passengers were injured and the citation for following too closely was given to Driver 1.
