Cobb County/Smyrna accident report stated that on May 12, 2015 the driver of the 1st vehicle came out of the Applebee’s Parking Lot on Spring Rd, heading NB. The 2nd vehicle came out of the Nalley Lexus Dealership Parking Lot at the same time, heading SB and they both met in the middle and collided in the turn lane. Driver 1 initially stopped in the Applebee’s lot but then left the scene of the crime. Her temporary tag was only partially seen by the witness. No injuries were reported and no citations were given as no guilt could be ascertained. Note: When driving in or leaving parking lots into the middle turn lane, extra attention must be observed in all 4 directions.
