Cobb County accident report stated that on July 27, 2015 Driver 1 entered I-75S ramp from the I-285W Perimeter, and saw a speeding car passing her too closely and too quickly on her left side. She did not want to cause the car to hit her, so she braked. But the car spun out of control, and she hit a construction barrier on the shoulder. Driver 1, was injured when she stopped short. She was rushed to Northside Hospital with chest and stomach pains. Her vehicle sustained front end and right front suspension damage and was removed from the scene.
